John Sanford has nearly two decades of recruiting experience in the Austin market. He entered this field at a pivotal time—as Austin emerged as a leader in the technology industry. Over the years, he has developed an extensive database of clients and top-tier candidates through his work with a respected recruitment agency, as a corporate recruiter, and as director of his own firm. He joined forces with Beverly Vandegrift to launch Grindstone Recruiting in 2013.
John knows the talent, he understands business operations, and he has proven experience managing the full recruiting life cycle.
